*Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy (without sugar)
- 3 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tsp Afa powder
- 1 tsp zeolite powder
- 200 g fresh blackberries
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- 3 apricots (medium size)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3 cocoa beans (raw food quality) or 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 100 g whipped cream
Preparation: Chop well in a blender or with a hand blender - and your top smoothie for a powerful end-of-summer spurt is ready...
