Packing Material
We use the following packaging materials
- Cardboard boxes (mostly made from recycled material); we also use cardboard boxes with which we receive goods instead of disposing of them straight away
- Adhesive tapes made of paper (we do not use plastic tapes and instead use paper packaging tapes)
- Adhesive tapes made of paper are also available with natural rubber adhesive
- Filling material made from biodegradable flakes
- Protective glass sleeves made from recycled material
For most of our products we use the original MIRON violet protective glass.
As it is the highest quality form of storage for natural products - but also costs about 10 times as much as brown or white glass - these jars are also designed to be used in your home for a very long time.
They are suitable for storing fresh items such as fruit and vegetables (also in the fridge), for spices, teas, herbs, jams, compotes etc. (but they are not preserving jars!).
If you have no use for our high-quality violet glass, you can also dispose of the jars in the green glass container.
We are also happy to take these jars back for a postage refund. If possible, please collect several jars before returning them.
