Within Germany, we offer purchase on account up to an amount of 250 euros.
From an amount of 250.01 euros, please select another payment method.

Prepayment

If you would like to pay for your ordered items in advance, we will send you a preliminary invoice by e-mail. You can use this invoice to instruct the amount to be paid and payment must be made within 8 days of conclusion of the contract. You will find our bank details on our invoice or listed again here:

Your order will be sent to the delivery address of your choice immediately after receipt of payment.

Direct debit / direct debit

You instruct us to collect the invoice amount from your account.
To do this, you can enter your bank details in the field provided during the ordering process. They are transmitted to us via a secure SSL connection. Alternatively, you can also send us this data in writing, by telephone on 0941-3996707 or by fax on 0941-3996704.

For data protection reasons, your bank details will be deleted from our database immediately after the direct debit has been made. This is for your security - but means that you will have to re-enter this data each time you place a direct debit order.

The direct debit procedure is possible up to € 300.00, beyond that we ask for advance payment.

For new customers, the invoice amount will be debited before the goods are dispatched. For customers already listed, the amount will be debited within 2 to 4 working days after delivery of the ordered goods. With this payment option, sufficient funds must be available in the account! You will be charged for any fees incurred as a result of the invoice amount being reversed due to insufficient funds in your account. (the bank charges currently amount to 10.67 euros

About digital service providers

PayPal
You can also pay securely and easily via PayPal. At the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment.

Information on digital payment transactions / credit cards / PayPal
Payment transactions via payment service providers take their toll: for credit cards and PayPal, this is between 1.9% and 5.9% of the invoice amount plus transaction fee per transaction. As these charges are, in our opinion, disproportionate, we would be pleased if you would also choose traditional payment methods if this is possible for you.
