Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to a Packstation.
Island surcharges may be charged separately. In this case, the actual invoice will be sent again (by email).
In the case of partial deliveries due to delivery problems on our part, we will bear the additional postage and shipping costs. If partial deliveries are made at your request, we will charge the respective flat-rate shipping costs for partial deliveries.

Delivery time
Delivery times for orders within Germany
The goods will be handed over to the parcel service within 2 working days of receipt of the order.
Within Germany, the delivery time by our logistics partner DPD is 1-2 working days after dispatch of the goods.
If an item is not immediately available, you will find a note in the detailed product description.
If you order in advance, your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. This is approx. 2-3 working days after your transfer.
Delivery time for shipments abroad
The goods will be handed over to the parcel service within 2 working days of receipt of the order.
The delivery time to the EU is approx. 3-4 working days after sending the order.
For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time is approx. 8 - 12 working days.
You can inquire about exact delivery times for the various countries in advance by telephone.
If you order in advance, your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. This is approx. 2-3 working days after your bank transfer.
