30-day money-back guarantee
It can happen to anyone: you buy something with firm conviction and then realize afterwards that the product you bought is not the right one or that you no longer want it.
No problem! For all items you buy from Globalis, we grant you as a consumer (according to § 13 BGB) a further 16 days of our money-back guarantee in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. As a commercial customer (according to BGB no legal right of withdrawal) you also receive a full 30-day money-back guarantee - with no ifs and buts.
This does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that the seal on our product jars must not have been opened!
If the purchased goods are therefore foodstuffs, luxury foods, food supplements, cosmetics or a medical product, the goods may only be returned to Globalis in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
If you no longer wish to receive an item you have purchased from Globalis, please contact us. You will then receive all the necessary information for the return shipment. Please also let us know whether you would like the invoice amount to be credited to your customer account, transferred back or credited to another Globalis product.
Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in their original packaging and without any signs of use!
We will of course continue to accept your return requests by e-mail or telephone.
