Ordered incorrectly? No problem. You can simply return the goods in their original packaging.
You can return the goods within fourteen days to the address below or hand them over to us directly. We will either refund your money or exchange your returned goods for other natural products from us on request and for a corresponding increase or decrease in price.
Please only return goods in their original packaging, as we cannot exchange opened foodstuffs.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and we take care of the rest for you.
